Problem in Dreamweaver set up

Hi experts,

I am facing problem in setting up the Adobe Dreamweaver software. After completing the set up, I tried to start it. But, it is not responding. Help me please.

Problem in Dreamweaver set up

In the installation process, use the purchased Macromedia Dreamweaver CD/DVD to initiate the installation process. After it is initiated, it will ask you for a serial number, just put the serial number included in the disk and continue the installation by agreeing on the license agreement. After finishing that, just follow the instruction provided in the setup program until the setup is finished. If you haven’t had any installation package, you can download the software by visiting Macromedia/Adobe official website.

Below is the link for purchasing the software. You can try the software for free but after some period of time it will ask for a serial number that you can purchase there.
