Problem with Evernote on mobile device

I face a problem with Evernote on mobile device. I open it and try to edit note but I can't. How can I edit it in Evernote? Please describe in detail.

Problem with Evernote on mobile device

Hi Amy,

Many users have reported the same issue lately and I have recommended them to the following. It will resolve your issue. Try to save your file attachment on your SD card. Edit it the way you want to.

When you are done with your editing, attach it back to the note. You have the option to keep the old files if you want to.

Problem with Evernote on mobile device

Hello Amy,

The problem you mention is very common and many users are facing the issue these days. Before editing the note you need to cut the file from the ‘Evernote’ and then copy it on the SD card of your device, now edit it. After finishing the editing you can save it back to the note. Hope this could be a help.
