Problem with flash player installation

Hi guys,

I'm getting an error message saying:

Install Adobe Flash Player

The installation encountered errors:

Cannot continue because another Flash Player installer

or uninstall instance is active.

                                                                   QUIT

I need some help to solve this problem.

Problem with flash player installation

Try restarting your computer and then install again Adobe Flash Player. If it does not work and you get the same error, check your computer for any possible errors. Use a disk utility application to check the system. For a much thorough diagnostics on the system, use a disk utility application like Norton Utilities or Norton SystemWorks.

Any errors in the file system of the hard drive can cause applications to work differently and some installations to go wrong that sometimes lead to an incomplete installation. It is possible that this is what happened to your application.

Check in the Add or Remove Programs in Control Panel if there is an Adobe Flash Player installed. If there is really an Adobe Flash Player installed, it is possible that it is not properly installed. Click on the Remove button to uninstall it from your system.

Then download again the latest version Adobe Flash Player 11.1.102.63 at https://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/?promoid=BUIGP. After downloading the file, double-click it to start downloading the installation files and then follow the steps.
