Problem in Frost Game – Looking for Help

I was very glad when I finally finished downloading the full game of Frost. It was great until it stopped loading yesterday. It’s still in an update state since I clicked the “Fix game” button.

It obviously didn’t fix a thing. I have downloaded Frost twice and tried updating it ten times hoping that it will update and let me save my files. Up to now, my game folder is still empty.

I uninstalled the game and deleted the rest of the files included in the installation. Despite all my efforts, the status button is still on “Update”. Turning off Windows firewall doesn’t help either.

I tried everything but nothing worked.


The checker just made things worse.

I’m using Windows 7 64-bit and Firefox 14.0.1. It is compatible with the anti-virus Avira that I use. I don’t like to spend more than a week fixing this. I’m totally lost on this one.

I wish someone will reply soon. I have no idea what to do.

You are getting that error because of the following probable reasons:

  • The setup application you downloaded for the frost game could be corrupted, or it is not a genuine one. You should therefore try going to another site on the internet and download the application from there. Some of the sites I will recommend for downloading the application are MajorGeeks. Make sure that you read other users comments about the application to ensure that the one you download is a genuine one.
  • The version you have installed is a free version that does not have support for many features. You will therefore need to get the premium version that supports features so that you do not get the issues you are getting right now.
