Problem in installing simple accounting

I had a problem while installing simple accounting on my pc. When I started installation, I got the following error message: “Error 1324 – The path 蓆at de compte juxtapos?xls contains an invalid character.” Can you please, help me?

Problem in installing simple accounting

Good day to you!

I have researched your problem in the internet and it seems the problem lies in the software itself. It happens when someone chooses to install it in English Language. Nevertheless, there is a way to work around the problem by the following steps.

1. Copy the contents of the installation disk of Simply Accounting in our operating system’s root folder (C)
2. Disable the support of East Asian languages in your operating system and make sure the language of your keyboard is set to English.
3.  Restart your pc in safe mode with networking and install Simply accounting from the file copied to your computer.

Now you will face no problem from Simply Accounting
