Problem in linux provisioning for iso 5.4

This can only happen if there are two simultaneous operations that are using the disk that you are unable to provision them from the second one.

First make sure that they are not in the logical volume manager series because it is the format that will degrade the disk and it will not be able to be reused during one process at a time.

After that, see if there is any other program that is using the disk as a storage media. Delete or kill any such application.

Since you have done almost anything, it must be gone now but if you are still getting it then make sure that you reboot with only specific things turned on or getting started.
