Hi,

After turning on my pc each time I try to log into my user account and then just the picture and registry key shown in the box.

Task manager needs to be opened and new task also needs to be selected for the load of Explorer.exe.

I have been confirmed by my computer that only 3% disk space is being used but the problem is pc is very slow.

Can you tell what is it going on there?

Thank you for your help on this one.

Hello Jose,

To resolve that issue, try using the following procedure:

  • On your computer, click on start, and then type regedit.
  • After that go to the following: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESOFTWAREMicrosoftWindowsNTCurrentVersionWinlogo n3.
  • You will need to make sure that the little key 8th one from the bottom is"Shell".
  • After you have verified that, you will need to double click it and after that go in the value date and see if it is Explorer.exe.
  • In case it is not, you will need to type it in there, and then press Ok.
  • After that you will need to restart your computer.
  • You should not get a problem after that.

Regards,

Carl

Hi,

The problem is you only have 3% disk space.

This is the reason why you experience a very slow computer process.

PC's hardly throw messages over the memory cache if  you have a little space left in your saving disk.

I want you to copy and save your important files to another hard disk and delete those are not.

External hard drive will do. Choose the best HD for saving your files.

This may lead you to execute programs in your PC in a normal speed.
