Hello Olivia,
What is your E: drive composed? Have you already tried checking the user privileges as well as the file ownership settings? The problems is likely to be with your operating system and therefore you will need to troubleshoot that. Try running the windows update and see if the issue will resolved after that.

The problem is with my After Effects CS5
Hi Olivia,
Adobe After Effect CS 5 is an awesome tool to bringing life into text and making animation but sometime it may disturb us but don't worry its not the problem of adobe its actually our own mistake which we did and don't know how to cure it however. This problem may be due to your old Quick Time player or may be access rights of users for this change the setting Right click on the folder, then properties > security you should do this as the administrator, and make sure any users that will be needing access are listed.
And you don't mentioned about your operating system or anything. However, it sounds like you're trying to write to an external drive of some description.
Have you tried rendering to your local hard drive?
Hope it will solve it
Thanks
AJ
