Hi,
The problem is with my Canon Color Image Scanner. I received the error message. I restarted the system but no result. It is creating a great problem to my daily work.
Please help.

Then re-start Toolbox
The problem is with my Canon Color Image Scanner
The problem is that your machine cannot detect the connected scanner. Connect your scanner on different USB ports of your machine. if that does not work, try changing the cable of your scanner. Sometimes the cable is damaged so even if you plug the scanner to your machine it is not detected. The problem occurs on the hardware not being detected.
