Hi everyone ,

I got a big problem here Whenever I go to My Computer, it just freezes and all the programs running stops working.

Please, let me know what to do.

Hi Forbeswarren,

Try to look at the causes that resulted to your problem.

  1. Probably it is because of the defective or incompatibility of the hardware of our computer.
  2. Sometimes it is caused by the discharge of Electro Static which resulted to your computer to be intermittent. Integrated Circuit before Electro static discharge
  3. Might as well the Operating System you are using have window bugs.
  4. Even some software and application has a bug on it.
  5. Sometimes your computer's memory is Fragmented.

Hello Forbes,

Have you installed any programs on your computer lately?

For instance antivirus programs, games or any other program.

If you have then these programs might be taking a lot of your memory space, hence slowing down the execution of your system.

You will be required to run the system restore utility to remove these programs.

The other possible cause may be that your system has been infected by a virus, a case which will require that you perform a full scan with an updated strong antivirus so as to trace any viruses and malware and remove them.
