Hi Friends,

The problem is with my Motorola MSU. I tried to update it from the respective site. I have failed to do so. I tried it several times and received several error messages from it. Have you any idea for the update procedure.

Please help me to solve the issue.

To update your software you have to download a updating software ! There have some step to download. As a example in the first step you have to select your country. I am giving you a link, go there and download the software.

Hi Jaycepierce,

I can understand your frustration as it happens with most mobile handset software update due to some connectivity and infrastructure issues. However I would suggest while you are connecting your handset to a PC for updating try to connect your USB cable directly to your port in the back of your laptop or desktop.

For ease you can also see following YouTube video to get more closer to your issue.
