Problem with my Nero 9 installer extract

Good day everyone!

I am facing a problem with my Nero 9 installer extract. An error occurs when I am trying to extract Nero 9. Can someone give me an idea why this is happening or do I need to download again Nero 9 installer?

Problem with my Nero 9 installer extract

Hello,

How are you doing? Hope you are fine. I have encountered the same problem in the past. Most of the time, this problem is as a result of corrupt files in the downloaded application. Some of the free downloadable applications have corrupted files and once downloaded, they cannot be of use to the computer.

I would advise you to try and download a genuine version of the application or purchase it from the Nero site.

Problem with my Nero 9 installer extract

Hi Jenia Duby,

I made some research and I found out that you are not the only one with this problem. Manny people have similar problems, mostly on Windows Vista. You can try to do a few things. 

Firstly, you can try to choose some other install directory. If this does not help delete your installation and everything you download with Nero 9 and then download a new Nero 9. It should help you solve your problem.
