Problem with my Nokia 5130 XpressMusic internal memory

My Nokia 5130 xpressmusic is showing 2MB only on my internal memory. I tried to enter the rest code of *#7780# but nothing happen. I did not install anything on my internal memory, so how can I fix this?

Problem with my Nokia 5130 XpressMusic internal memory

Hi Eric,

Nokia 5130 Xpress Music phone has 30 MB internal memory out of which 7.2 MB is reserved for boot. Rest of the memory is used to store your contacts, text messages and all such stuff. Although you didn't download anything on your phone but there might be a possibility that you have to many contacts stored on your phone. Kindly try to refresh your contacts and delete some text messages. Your issue will be resolved. Thanks

Problem with my Nokia 5130 XpressMusic internal memory

Hi Eric,

               Nokia 5130 has internal memory 30 MB only, from which 7.2 MB is used for OS. Rest Memory you can store song,photo,etc. You said you didn't install anything on internal memory but it show only 2 MB available memory. Have checked 'Received File' folder on phone memory. May be it is possible that you received something via Bluetooth from another device. If you find this folder contains nothing then it should be virus causes. Now you can scan it by any recognized antivirus. After scanning the problem not solved then you have to Flash your device. It must solve your problem but remember one thing backup your contact and other file from your phone memory. Thank's and goodluck.
