Hi Experts,

The problem is with my OBD II scan tools. I failed to upgrade the tools. However, I had to try four times while installing the same. It was really a painful task. Now, I need to update it. I received an error message while updating the same.

Have you any idea for the issue? Please help.

The problem is with my OBD II scan tools

There are many reasons for this type of error:

1. File opened by another Application.

• Try rebooting the computer and running the Application.

2. File upgrading is blocked by the virus guard.

• Try to make the settings of the virus Guard to allow any changes to the file.

3. File is not opened as a Super-User.

• Right-Click the file and Click Run it as Administrator .
