If NX is an application in your laptop and this is the first time it happened, close the program, restart your computer then open it again. See if it works on the next reboot.

If it doesn’t work and exhibits the same kind of problem as before, check its settings. It’s possible that it is not configured properly and is presently using an option that automatically changes the case of the letters you enter.

You may also try doing a clean installation of the program to restore it to its default configuration and fix corrupted files that may have developed when you installed it. Uninstall NX then reboot your computer when asked. After booting, check your computer for any possible errors.

Use a disk utility application to check the system. Install the application again after this and then see if this fixes the problem. You may also try upgrading your current version. Using your web browser, visit again the website where you downloaded the software then check if there is an available update.

If the latest version is already available, download it on your computer. For added safety, you may wish to scan the file with your antivirus. After this, uninstall your present version of NX and then run the newly downloaded installer to install the latest version of the program. See if this one works.
