Hi,
I will help to solve your Kodak camera problem. You are running an outdated OS, Windows 2000. It does not support a lot of things that has been developed recently. Your Kodak digital camera is a new camera. It will not support Windows 2000. Check your camera manual for OS support. Try Windows XP or higher for your camera to work.

Hey Harold Rudy, good day there,
Well I would like to mention that is a classic camera and if you check its website for the support and download section, you will probably find that it requires System Administrator privileges to install on a WINDOWS NT 4.0 system.
