Problem with one of the domains of Jaguarpc hosting

Hi all,

I am using Jaguar pc hosting since 5 years. I have one main domain and some sub-domains. I am having the problem with one of them.

AVG will not likely clean my data files. Also, I do not have original files to recover. In addition, Jaguar has backups of only two weeks to have a fresh content! This is the most disappointing thing.

Jaguar said they can’t do anything to resist this from happening. This is also very disappointing. Please see the screenshot.

So, I have some questions:

1. Is there something that may clean this files?
2. Are there other hosting companies that may prevent this sort of threat? Or is there any means by which, I would be able to determine the source?

Any help will be highly appreciated.

Hi,

I think there is not much that you can do about the error. As Jaguar pc itself said that it could not do anything about it, there is not much that you can do. Try the following solutions:

1. You can change the hosting service to other services which do not have this error. The new service provider will transfer your domains so you do not have to worry about it.

2. You could try to uninstall the anti-virus and then try. If this helps then it is the problem of the anti-virus and not Jaguar pc. You could even disable the anti-virus for some time and then try to run Jaguar pc.

3. If you have not tried a reinstall then uninstall it from your system and install it again. It may help you solve your problem.
