Problem in opening the Eudora File

I have this Windows Eudora in my computer, since I am using this for some of my clients for the emails. I was opening an email with Eudora but an error message appears. It happens for already 1 week since this errpr shows up.

I am using an operating system of Windows Xp. I need help with this guys. thanks

Problem in opening the Eudora File

This issue is caused virus.  You didn't mention that, when you are trying to open any mail or only one mail you are getting this problem. Also please note that is this mail stayed in your inbox or any other boxes?

Here I am giving two different suggestions

Number one: If you find that only one mail creating this problem then please delete this mail as soon as possible.

Number two: If you find that all the inbox mail having same problem, then please close your Eudora.  Now open destination folder where your Eudora mail stored.  Now copy your inbox and past it to other drive with make a folder (backup inbox). Then delete this inbox from mail. Now again open Eudora. New inbox will create automatically.

Hope you will not find this problem now.
