Problem outlook email in china hang

Users complain that outlook email in China is showing problems, and it is true. When we press the file with Chinese characters, the whole CRM hangs. Is there any solution to this?

If this is the first time that this happens, try restarting your computer then try it again. See if it works after a reboot. If the file you are saying that is in Chinese characters is an attachment in the email, you should check it first with an antivirus. You probably actually downloaded the file when the system hangs. It’s possible that the file is infected and that caused the problem.

If the file was not downloaded, try re-installing the application. It’s possible that it already developed some corrupted files that cause faulty function. Uninstall Microsoft Office Outlook then restart your computer when asked. After booting, check your computer for any possible errors. Use a disk utility application to check the system. Install the program again then see if it works this time.
