Hi!

I have windows XP operating system 32-bit, and when I started the installation of ‘Trend Micro Titanium’ 2013 external/third party program. I see the following error message.

"Installation Incomplete

A problem prevented the installer from completely setting up Trend Micro Titanium Maximum Security. No changes have been made to your computer.

Please close any other programs currently open before restarting the installer. If following this advice does not solve the problem,you can also get more help online

Error code #1935, 0, #0x000"

Close

It is requested to all of you, please suggest me the remedy of this error according to your knowledge and experiences.

Hi

did you try to reinstalled this application by closing all application if Yes then i suggest you to copy good file installation .exe may be the file is corrupted or scan your disk with virus and then try you install this application again.

Hope you are fine.

You are facing installing problems. This is may be due to virus infection. You can solve this issue by following the steps given below:

At first restart your computer and

Run the Trend Micro Titanium installer again.

Then if you face the same problem then seek for viruses and remove them from your system.

Now detect and remove any malware by running an online scan.

Otherwise you may download another Trend Micro Titanium from a reliable source.
