Problem reading E-mails in Outlook or Outlook Express

Whenever I try to read E-mail in Outlook or Outlook Express I face these problems: (Event Type: Error, Event Source: Application Error, Event Category: None, Event ID: 1000) Description (applications in fault msimn.exe ver6.0.2900.5512, fault module is mshtml.dll, version 8.0.6001.18904, and address 0x000031dd.) Any one knows about this error?

Problem reading E-mails in Outlook or Outlook Express

Whenever you’re getting msmin related errors in Outlook, usually it’s a missing, damaged or read only .dbx file. To troubleshoot this, try the following steps (make sure Outlook is closed).

1. Go to your Windows search option.
2. Choose Files or Folders. Type folders.dbx in the box.
3. It’s usually in the C drive but if your main hard disk is in another drive, make sure to select the appropriate drive.
4. Click Find/Find Now.
5. Rename the folder by right-clicking on it and selecting rename.
6. Rename the folder to the folders.old.
7. A new folders.dbx should be created when you re-open Outlook Express.
