Problem with RealPlayer record manager stopping zune synchronization on WP7

I am having an issue where real player record manager causes Zune synchronization with windows phone 7 to be unable to synchronize.

Zune says to close the Realplayer recording manager and I do, and then the synchronization works.

Why is there a conflict here?

Problem with RealPlayer record manager stopping zune synchronization on WP7

Hi Alexander,

You can only sync using a Zune program, and then use the Real Player for downloading videos that needs to be converted. 

It supports Windows Media Video Files, MPEG 4, Quicktime videos. 

You cannot run both software to synchronize as your Windows will get confused on which adapter to open when synchronizing you may need to choose one.
