Hi,

The problem is with the Sapphire AtiRadeon 5770 graphics processor set up. I received an critical error message during set up the same with the newest drivers on my machine running with Win 7 64-bit, Phenom II X4 965 Black Edition and 4GB of RAM. I do not find any reason behind the issue.

Have you any idea? Please help.

Hello Joseph,

It is most probable that it’s the graphics card that has an issue. So you will need to try and go on the Microsoft website and download a new version of the driver.

If not, then you can just  go to the troubleshooting on their website and see if you can fix the issue from there.
