Problem in saving files in disc

Please help me I have important files to be saved using the disc. Can you guys help me? How can I save files on disc successfully? Where can I find the latest firmware?

Heres the example of the problem

 

 

Burn to Disc

 

There was a problem burning this disc

 

This disc wasn't burned successfully. Make sure that you have the latest firmware for

your CD or DVD burner installed, and then try again.

 

 

What do you want to do?

  Try again with a different disc

  Delete the temporary files that haven't been burned to disc

  Save the temporary files and try to burn them later

 

To close this wizard, click Finish

Problem in saving files in disc

 

Hi,

The message was clear you need to install the latest firmware, first you need to check your device manager and look what kind of computer you have. This is to ensure the compatibility of your Windows to the firmware you need to execute and to see the update of your driver.

NOTE: Look for the official firmware because, there are firmware that's not supported by the manufacturer.

Here is some official firmware you need to look up (LG, Phillips, LITE ON, ASUS, BTC, Samsung, Mitsumi).

SOHW-1673S
