Problem to scan with port scan cisco software.

Each time I scan with a port scan Cisco software, my internet connection stops and to start again I need to off and on then it goes well. Can anyone help me how to solve it?

You may need to reset your Cisco software and the port by changing the adapter or even restarting the adaptor. This should solve your problem.
