Hi Experts,

The problem is with the security auditing software Powered Keylogger.

I received an error message while installing it. The screenshot of the error message is as under. It is indicating non-availability of some files in a required directory.

How can I get a remedy of this issue?

Hello Jhon Anderson,

Thanks for sharing your problem with us, this error is caused by a false alarm of realtime virus scanners. Those scanners monitor all file operations and automatically deletes files which are potentially suspect. Please disable your realtime virus scanners during the installation of the software to successfully install the software.

I hope this will help you.

Hi Jhon Anderson,
Hope you are well.
Your issue can be resolved by adding your installation process to the ''safe tasks'' performed by your system, which can be done in your antivirus or internet security program.
I can give you a general description:
You can insert that in the settings of your internet security program, choose firewall settings, and then in the Trust programs tab, insert the software description.
Hope that was helpful,
