Problem Selecting messages on Outlook.com

Hi there,

I have a Dell Inspiron PC running on windows 8, I have recently found out that, I cannot select messages in outlook.com using the mouse, the pointer will focus the message but right click and left click are not drawing any menu, what could be the problem? How can I solve this since am being forced to use the keyboard keys to pop up the side menu?

Problem Selecting messages on Outlook.com

Outlook errors normally happen owing to its close relationship with Ms-office as well as browsers. Although it may be sound wired but in most of the cases it has been observed that some recent updated patch from Microsoft reduces accessibility. There are some official browser support from outlook.com, which in all cases should be followed (Details below). Most importantly you can check the following registry entry but first take a backup before making any changes to it.

Exist from all office program and then log in to registry by typing regedit from start search box. Locate the registry subkey:

HKEY_CURRENT_USERSoftwareMicrosoftOffice12.0WordData

Delete entry and exit from registry. Restart your system.
