Problem in transferring videos to Sound in MyDVD

When I am attempting to transfer videos to Sound in MyDVD, I can’t because I faced with an error message which is:
Could not finished the last command because: Could not make a thumbnail. You have to ensure that the appropriate decoder have installed. (DVDErr, -47010)

I use MyDVD version 5.3.0. It was previously installed in my computer and the operating system of my computer is Windows XP Home Edition.
Please, I want a solution.

Problem in transferring videos to Sound in MyDVD

First see the error. it clearly indicates that you need to install the appropriate decoder that is needed to do the burning process.

I won't prefer this software to burn videos to dvd. Try the Nero software, it is the most mature software for these purposes.

However i was googling for such errors and there is a specific type of error called DVDErr . xxxx and these type of errors usually refers to something related to your computer hardware.

There is a chance that the burning head is damaged or the dvd that you are using is not writeable or had already been used for this purpose or has no other space left for further writing.

If you have done the transferring process earlier with success then try to do the same things again. If you still get the error then install the software again and after that install the windows too.
