When I enter any kind of USB to my USB port, it says the device could not be recognized.
There is no problem with the USB device that I am using.
Any way to solve this?

Hello.
There might be a problem with the usb driver software.
Usb driver software might have been malfunctioned.
Restart your system and try to insert the usb drive.
If the problem still persists, uninstall the driver software, restart your system and then insert your usb drive.
When you insert the usb device the driver software automatically gets installed.
Thank you.

Hi there,
Usually systems have a two kinds of USB ports. One is generic and another is secondary. I think you are using the secondary USB port for gaining access the USB device. Please try changing the USB port of your system. If that shows same message than it is your USB device’s problem. Please follow the steps:
1.      Insert your USB device in another computer.
2.      Save all the files in another folder in that computer.
3.      Now format the USB device.
4.      Now again restore the data into that USB device.
I am sure that you can access the USB device from your computer.
Thank you,

Hi Charley,
It seems that your USB device drivers have malfunctioned.
You need to go to Device Manager. Point out the USB driver over there and right click and selet  un install the USB device drivers. And then plug in your USB device.
It should work fine then for you.
Hope this helps!
