Problem when Connecting Laptop to TV (via VGA)

I connected my laptop to my TV (via VGA) and headphone jack to the exterior speakers,  Is it advisable? I did this but I noticed an annoying sound from the speakers and sometimes the VGA connection gets cut.  Any ideas?

Problem when Connecting Laptop to TV (via VGA)

I am not so sure why you want to do that, for what you are doing is trying to project the videos on the TV screen to be viewed from the laptop, and therefore the visual display of the videos on the laptop will not be clear. But the whole processes will not have an effect on your system. As for connecting the headphone to the exterior speakers, you will need to reduce the volume of the speakers a bit so as to get smooth sound but when you set the volume to high you will continue getting the annoying noise from them.
