Problem while installing a network printer

Hi,

I am having problem while installing a network printer. When the install process tried to copy the printer drivers from a network share I encountered a copy error. I reinstalled this program to resolve this error message but I can’t do anything without your suggestion so help me to fix this problem. Thanks in advance. 

Error Message: Setup cannot copy the file hpcp3525.CF_.

Ensure that the location specified below is correct, or change it and insert ‘HP Color LaserJet CP3525 PCL Printer Driver Disk’ in the drive you specify.

Problem while installing a network printer

Ernest,

This error usually occurs when one tries to install over the network, maybe because of slow or congested network I suggest you try the below workarounds:

1. Copy the drivers from the network folder onto a cd and try to install
2. Copy the installation files onto the machine you are trying to install on and then proceed to install the printer
3. Try installing with the machine in safe mode with networking mode
