Hi,
While at home for the weekend, I tried using Google earth to explore on the features of the application, while I was viewing for a certain location, an error message appeared on my screen, I guess it was generated by Google earth, the error is so technical, please see below the error message.
Â
Google Earth
An error report has been saved to your hard drive, but has not been sent.
When I read on the error, it was to complicated for me to understand its context, since I am not a technical being and not so well versed with the error, and this is my first time using Google earth, I re-started my computer and try Google earth again, but same error I experienced,
Please help me with my problem,
Thank you so much.

Google Earth error report saved to my hard drive
Hello,
If you use default locations for your cache or my places storage may be changing these settings might make it so that the dumped files cannot be written.
Just check the following so that you may find the solution:
If your using the old video card go for the new video card. Go for the help on GOOGLE EARTH (link found inside Google earth on help menu) or go for trouble shooting. Try to use update for the new version of Google earth if your using the old one.
All the best.

Greetings,

There could be a number of factors contributing to the error message you're getting.
Â
Google Earth troubleshooting says the first rule of the thumb is to clear cache. If you are currently logged in to Google Earth, Click File, select Server Log Out.
Â
Go to Tools, Options, then Cache. Select Delete Cache File.
