The problem zoom player play with low voices

Hi,

I am using zoom player 6. I need a solution for the problem zoom player low voices.

That means I noticed in zoom player its producing low voices when playing the downloaded videos. I think this sound problem occurring from last 2 weeks.

Is there solution for this problem?

Please suggest some ideas to solve this problem. If not suggest any alternative software.

Hello,

This is a very common problem that faces many users, try to use the following:

1 – Uninstall the program and reinstall it.

2 – Try to reregister the codec you use.

3 – Try to uninstall your audio driver and reinstall it again.

The problem zoom player play with low voices

Hello Joseph,

The problem that you are facing is because one of the audio codecs is outdated or not working at all. First of all check the audio codecs that you have installed. Uninstall all of them and try a fresh install.

Try uninstalling the codecs that came with the Zoom Player. These are usually caused issues like the one that you have. FFDShow also needs to be updated.

If the problem still persists after doing all these updates, try changing the player. I recommend VLC Player. You can download it from the link I provided you with. VLC Player Download
