Problems with Acronis Home 2010?

Good Day Everyone!

I am looking for experts' opinions on using Acronis Home 2010 in Windows 7 Ultimate. What are the benefits of using Acronis Home? Why do we need to use Acronis Home? Have you encountered any problems upon using Acronis True Image Home 2010 in Windows 7 Ultimate? For advanced users, would you personally recommend the use of this software? Can you explain why? Please give us the guidance by stating the strengths and limitations of the software based on your experience. I need to know that I am using the right product and will not just waste my time and money.

Problems with Acronis Home 2010?

Acronis True Image Home 2010 lets you backup partition while it is running. You don't need to reboot and run ghost. It creates bootable media which you can run when your operating system fails. It also has a scheduler to schedule your backup. It is easy to use. Although, this software has some incompatibilities with Windows 7. Many who have used this software have complained of annoying bugs and shortcomings.

1 problem is how they handled time stamp and system times. It usually time stamped the log file 1 hour later than they actually occurred. Some users also complained of operations which cannot be cancelled. The software just stop when it encounters an error

Problems with Acronis Home 2010?

Acronis has improved its True Image program with a vista-like interface one and with a lot better placement of options, workflow a lot better, and with the language clearer than before. It is even suited for less experienced users with a new feature called “One-click backup” which backs up a lot quickly than usual.

You asked why you need to use this software, well if you have some important data than you are going to need some backup software like this one. Some users had some problems with that program like being too slow while using backup and working with it, but it is a good peace of software nevertheless.
