Hi, I am having a Microsoft Xbox One and have a problem while updating. Every time I try to update it says “There is a problem while updating. Try again.” I have proper internet connection. Please help me.

Problems Faced By Microsoft Xbox One Users.

Hi, you need to check your internet connection or try again after few hours as there may be some server problems. Instead of using a wireless internet connection try using an Ethernet cable. Or you need to cycle your Microsoft Xbox One. For this, you need to press the power button for 5 seconds until it shuts down. Unplug it and start it after 30 seconds. It will clear all caches and will reset the network card.
