Problems listening Spotify (error code 802)

Hello Pro,

I am good music listener, I love to hear songs. I am getting this error once in while in Spotify. I tried the general method like log out and log in again, no luck. What might be the problem for this error message? I checked the connection it is good. Is this a problem with Anti-virus software? Please explain me. Thanks.

Problems listening Spotify (error code 802)

Try logging out and log in again. If this step doesn't work, re-download the Spotify installation file and then reinstall the program. Maybe the version you have is not compatible with your system.
