If I shifted Exchange server 2003 or 2007 to Exchange Server 2010, can I put back the used CAS servers or Front-Ends with Exchange 2010 CAS servers primarily?

Hi Ethan,

From what I can understand is that you have changed to exchange server 2010 form either exchange server 2003 or 2007, and you want to know if you will be able to use the CAS servers or the Front ends with the exchange 2010 CAS servers primarily. Well from my point of view, this is perfectly possible, and it can be executed without any problem.

Since both are running on the exchange platform, switching it from 2003, 2007 or 2010 and vice versa is not going to impact anything in within. You will be able to run the CAS servers and even the Front-Ends without any problem on exchange 2010
