Problems with Sharepoint’s Store Management Tools?

Good Day Guys!

Do you know what are the store management tools in Sharepoint 2010? Has anyone tried to use it? Can you please guide me how to get to the store management tool?  Also,it will be very helpful if you can provide  a very simple explanation how a store management tool works and how are you going to use it? Any help from you will be much appreciated.
