Problems with Thin app package SPSS 19

I got some errors when starting the Thinapp package after activating it through SPSS® with my Windows XP PC.

The SPSS has a site license, and yet I still have errors on Thinapp IBM SPSS Statistics 19.

Errors:

Java Virtual Machine Launcher

Could not find the main class "" . Program will exit.

Message

Error starting help system.

When starting the package, I got errors as shown above. I also got Error code 7001 and some issues with IBM SPSS Statistics License and execution of command stops. I called IBM support, and they gave me some resolution that says the problem can be seen when the user doesn't have a read permission to a specific path on the drive C of my Windows XP.

How can I fix this?

Problems with Thin app package SPSS 19

The possible cause of the problem that you are getting when using IBM SPSS statistics is because you have not yet registered that application. You will therefore need to do the following:

• Obtain the serial number or the activation keys that are needed to register that application.
• Go to the Help menu and then go to the registration, and then register the application.
• After that it should be able to work without a problem.

You may also need to run a registry fix program like ccleaner just in case there are some registry entries that are having problems so that they will be corrected.
