Problems with Vivitar DVR HD?please help

Hi guys I buyed this Vivitar Camcorder as my work involves taking lot of pictures and video and looking at its low price I buyed Vivitar DVR camcorder and guess what happens no clear images no clear videos and audio is far poor I experienced till now and also the capturing quality is not good indoors and outdoors please suggest what to do now and is there any way I can make it better.

Dolores,

 

Unfortunately, this device is not designed to provide a good quality in pictures or videos.

 

It's standard Video Quality is up to 720 vertical lines while the standard average for the best three on the market is 1080 vertical lines.

 

This was designed maybe for learning how to produce videos for people that is starting in this area, but not for a business or small business.

 

Definitely  there is nothing you can do to make it better.

Hi there, 

Sorry for the problems you are experiencing with this cam but before buying anything one must make a good research and read a lot of reviews and must consider the opinions of the trusted one's only. Now when you are getting these many problems there is nothing to fix it other than getting your money back and buying a good quality featured camera.
