Profile storage space quota exceeded

Hello,

Today this message appeared on my desktop about Profile storage space. I don’t know how to check how much space I have left or how much space is busy. Can anyone help me to check and if is possible please tell me more about this.

Profile storage space quota exceeded

This error indicates that your user account is using too much space on the server. Because you've exceeded your "storage quota", you will be unable to save anything else on the server until you remove some of the older entries. To do this, click “Start”, point to “Programs”, point to “ECN Help” and then run “Clean My Profile”.
The cleaning process will automatically begin and once done, you will no longer receive this error.
