Hi!
I need to know if there’s a way to print all day appointments so they look like a yearly planner, with months and names for columns and days for rows, maybe in word or excel.
I’m thinking of something similar to the color coded yearly planners that can be downloaded from the internet.
Does anyone have any idea how this could be done? Â
Program aside from word and excel that can print colour coded planner?
Hallo Sheryl,
You can print your appointments by using ms word or ms excel, but I will recommend because it will be easier for you to organize the data in the cells as compared to a word document where you will have to create a table from scratch, specify the number of rows and columns and do a lot of formatting for them to be good.
In ms excel, you have rows and columns already created for you and therefore you will just need to label the values for the rows and columns and enter the corresponding data which will be the appointment details.
