Can anyone please me sorting out with this issue, "Windows system32 dll error"

The program can’t start because MSVCP71.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem.

The program can’t start because MSVCP71.dll is missing from your computer

Hi James Charest,

This indicates registry problem, virus or malware issue or even hardware failure. Try to recover this file using File Recovery Program. 

Run antivirus software and scan your entire system. Or click Start > Run type sfc /scannow to replace a missing corrupt copy of msvcp71.dll.

Hi,

1. Download MSVCR71.dll from a website.

2. Place it into system 32 if you are using the 64 bit windows.

3. It also responded if you are using the 32 bit.
