Missing msidcrl40.dll: Program cannot be started

Greetings to all Techyv people,

I am posting here an issue about running an application under windows XP, I have a hard time in running my application, I always meet an error that said could not invoke the program, please refer below to see all the text of the error.

EFLC.exe – System Error

The program can’t start because msidcrl40.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem.

The error message I meet is always recurring every time I run my application, I've been re installing the application for five times already, but same error keeps on flashing my screen, I already run out of patience, so for those who have encountered the same error I have.

Please share your ideas on how you deal with this problem. Thanks a lot in advance.

Hi dears,

This error occurs due to problem in registry because when light turn off or you use many software for installing or uninstalling then such type of error occur.

I tell you its some detail msidcrl40.dll is a IDCRL belonging to Microsoft® Identity CRL from Microsoft Corporation Non-system processes like msidcrl40.dll originate from software you installed on your system.

As most applications store data in your system's registry, it is likely that your registry has suffered fragmentation and accumulated harmful errors. It is recommended that you check your registry to identify hidden errors now. 

There are lot of registry fix tools are available at internet download it and install it. It will fix such type of  problems.

Missing msidcrl40.dll: Program cannot be started

The error message says that the msidcrl40.dll is missing.

This type of  system errors occur due to two main reasons.

1. The system is not properly configured.
2. One or more important files are missing in the system as stated in the error message.

• This means that the system is not properly maintained. There may be many errors occurred and have not been repaired.
• If you want to repair this issue first download the relevant file and install  the repair tool in your system.
• You can download the msidcrl40.dll file from the link.
• After installing the tool, open it and scan the system and let it to repair  the problems in the system.
