I am looking for a program which can use the 'name' information in client information sheet and put them all in an excel sheet which can be accessed centrally through a server. The information sheet is electronically updated.

Hi,
You can use Microsoft Excel to perform this operation. You just need to maintain a excel sheet and keep updating the client information. Go to start button and select Microsoft Excel, save the file on your desktop.
Firstly, you have to create the headings for all the rows like, serial no., name, address, etc. The title of the rows can be changes as per your requirement. You can add any number of rows for the headings according to the information you want to add. Select all the row headings and change them to bold letters.
Now, you can add the client information in the excel sheet.
