PS3 Error when launching Hulu Plus

When starting Hulu Plus on my PS3 I received an error

An error has occurred with Hulu Plus.

Please restart the application to continue.

I tried to restart it again and even close the PS3 hoping that when it restarted, the error will not be shown.

But when started it, the same blue windows appears.

What can I do?

PS3 Error when launching Hulu Plus

Dear Jay basket,

According to the error message you received even after restarting PS3, it seems that the remote control support is not functioning properly. Please try the following below steps as a workaround for this problem:

–       Use the PS3 menus and highlight the "Hulu Plus" application

–       Press "Triangle" and select "Delete"

–       Follow the steps for uninstalling "Hulu Plus"

–       Open "Playstation Store" and reinstall "Hulu Plus"

–       Start "Hulu Plus" again, now it should prompt you to update the software, press OK to update

Now, you should be able to watch "Hulu Plus".
