PS3 Video not working after a virus scan

I am at work working on some videos using PS3 Video 9 5.04, I encountered slow performance of my computer, that is why I scan my computer for some viruses, since I received an hour ago lots of files, from email attachment, there was lots of virus found, after the all the virus was neutralized, I am back at my hands working on some videos, I was surprised that PS3 Video 9 5.04 would not load anymore, that is why I decided to re install the software, while installing I meet this error, I posted below.

PS3 Video 9 5.04 Setup

Your  .NET Framework version not found:

Required Version: 2.0.5 or greater.

Would you like the installer to download the latest .NET Framework version from  www.microsoft.com?

If your version is newer, press NO.

Please help me understand the error that I posted above, all of those mentioned terms are new to me.

There are many viruses that could not be repaired by antivirus software so antivirus hold these files under observation and he does not allow running / executing that files. So, your antivirus quarantine .Net Framework files and your system did not load that files as these are in quarantine. According to an error message, you should download the latest .The net Framework version from https://www.microsoft.com/en-in/ and after downloading and installing, your PS3 Video 9 5.04 will work fine.

So, when this error message appears, press yes / ok and follow the instructions. Your problem will be resolved.

Second Solution: uninstall your PS3 Video 9 5.04 and delete all files relating to this software. After restart, install again this software.
