PS4 and PS3 controller compatibility

Hello! So I have been using PS4 for a few months now but recently one of the controller stopped working properly and there are no chances that it can be repaired properly. So I was wondering if I could use my PS3 controllers for PS4. Is it actually possible to do this? If yes then how? Thanks!

PS4 and PS3 controller compatibility

There is a USB hardware option called CronusMAX which is an all-in-one controller adapter.  You can view the website which has all the pricing and ordering options here.

The authentication process on the PS4 controller meant that no other controller would work with a PS4, but with the CronusMAX, you can use any controller you like with your PS4, Xbox One, Playstation 3, Xbox 360, Windows PC/Laptop etc.
