While starting my PS4 a prompt came that says your purchase could not be completed. I don’t why this is happening as I haven’t made that purchase earlier. This is error code wc 40360 3 in ps4. Please help!

You have to follow these steps to fix the issue

Step 1: Delete all items from your PlayStation Store cart and try again.

Step 2: If you are trying to purchase a free trial version such as PlayStation Plus, make sure you have not used the trial period because it can only be used once.

Step 3: Try to restore your licenses by clicking [Settings]> [Account Management]> [License Restore] on your PS4 system, and try the operation again.
