I'm always confused about this question and it keeps running on my head. Here it goes. "What is the definition of PRTBAR and what is another term for it? Where can I use it and how?"

PTRBAR definition and other term

Hi Markcolet0017, your question is easy to solve, and it is good you asked it!the definition of PRTBAR is a code simply in programming which outputs the barcode for the printer.

So it basically sets the printer using the command for it. Another term i would just say printing code.

PTRBAR definition and other term

Hello Markcolet0017,

PRTBAR is the library on the series for iSeries in s36 Environmental processing.  This program is used to print a bar code.

Another term for it is QSSP.

You can use this program which is a bar code of printer to set the printer.
